I'm looking at a used ioniq 5, but the low conductivity coolant change every 2nd year, is a turn off, unless it's possible to diy?.

It may be possible to do it yourself. Buuuut... the coolant is about $100 a bottle. You also need to vacuum bleed it to get it into the small spaces. Then the water pump needs to run to bleed the rest of the air out. Still possible though. You might just have to deal with air pockets for awhile after.
