But when the time came and moved abroad, they acquired big things and ate ham but began to fight to the death. ...and worst they went fishy like adultery. Thank you for sharing! I was born in Hawaii but have family in the Laoag City area. We went on vacation to the Philippines several times and visited different provinces and barangays all over PI. I love the simple living there, the people are wonderful and nothing goes to waste like here in America where we take things for granted. Thank you for making these videos, love it!

It brings sweet memories from our old bamboo house in NSamar right in the shoreline... you don’t need air-conditioning (early 60’s). I used to make an igloo from a blanket and let the air coming from below the bamboo flooring... it’s chilly 🥶 inside 👍😛

a true entrepreneur which is nothing unusual have seen it many time before on my visits to cebu, the Pilipino is one of the best at putting things to work for him, that many in the west would discard as useless, i had my wedding ring made smaller by a man sat on a wooden box by the road with tools that people in the west would have thrown away, the job was perfect top class jewellers shop could not have done it any better.

Ang balay ay maganda . Magandan nakikita /view, the best ever.. Magaling naca imbinto ng mastera. You should file a patent for the masetera , para walan gagaya. You have to do it soon before someone will do it. Once someone will copy , they can't do that. It is your invention. You will generate money in the future. I was thinking of building a house out of 2x6 wood planks and posts . But so far it would cost more than concrete or other methods . Wood is beautiful to look at . Just the termite thing here is a issue .

Here in Bukidnon Mindinao we own a nice home. We will soon buy a plot of land near a beach. I prefer a Traditional Kubo type for our holiday home so we can go on holidays for months. If we have a typhoon cheap to rebuild a wooden building. Thank you for showing how cheap it can be to build a Kubo.

I love this house! Of course I wouldn't want to be on the side of a cliff and I would put solid walls on the inside... and hot water is a must. I can't do the cold shower like my wife and children can. Something like the top part only, would be great in the garden of your village project.

Just share a little idea about the roofing, they should have bèen put more leaves to make it thicker and it would have lasts longer and no rain dripping during rainy season and at least 4 to 5 years before it could replace again .
