Love this! And I agree, you're never too old. I'll be 55 in March and I've spent the last few years customizing my life....not always perfectly but I keep going. Prime example, I love walking on a treadmill as my form of exercise but after my last one died, I decided to try an upright exercise bike...hated it! I kept trying to love it...nope. Bought a small under desk treadmill this week and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I like a simple life so selfcare for me is enjoying a cup of coffee or spending time with my wife. Hated massages, hate going to nail and hair salons so I take care of that maintenance myself.
