The way i stay consistent is ive noticed the days i dont feel like working out are the days i workout the hardest. It was one of the coldest days this winter yesterday so i wanted to stay home cuz it was a sunday n freezing. I got myself to the park and ended up running 4miles instead of my usual 3.

Beautiful thank you so much for existing! With your support and advice this girl has finally decorated her own "girl office" corner. I know I'll get laughs for this but I bought my OWN HAIRDRYER!
