I fell in love with Brooklyn the first I visited. I remained shocked though at NYC housing costs. Come to Philly where you can get a 2000 sq. ft. house for half of that. I enjoyed your video!

Rent is ridiculously high in the NY area, though with so many vacant apartments now the prices are dropping (at least temporarily). You've made a very comfortable nest for yourself and your decorating style makes it homey. You'll need to build up a substantial bank account if you're hoping to buy your own house there!

This is a good deal in the city. It's not Texas or Wyoming, this is one of the top cities in the world. Anyone who says it's not a good deal hasn't lived in NYC. You can't compare suburb/rural prices with this. He knows how to get his money's worth lol

I'm not sure why he is spending so much renovating a place that he is still going to move out of after a few years since he does not own the property.
@kingmatolo83813 жыл бұрын
Also many landlords use that as an excuse to avoid giving back rent deposit when moving out.
@sicklymaad3 жыл бұрын
Didn't spend that much money because he did most of the work himself. He got permission from the landlord to do the work and lastly if you're going to live anywhere for 3 years or more it makes sense to make it as comfortable as possible. Simple logic.
@infinitedreaming2223 жыл бұрын
