Its so cool to see where you've come from. I remember when we talked about you getting that place and I told you bout mine. We now live exactly the same! I live in a 27ft travel trailer for more room and have the sewer line running to the septic. Works great. All my needs are met and I have no mortgage! Hope youre enjoying as much as I do!

Property is coming along and good idea getting something bigger for up there especially a class A. Hey. Quick question for you or any of your subscribers. Coincidentally, I went to look at 97 Pleasure way...looks very similar to yours. When I drove it, it seemed kinda heavy. Like the engine had to work hard to move the van. Is that the way yours is? I feel like if I was in Colorado going through the mountains, it may struggle a bit. Is that normal for this rig? Thanks.

Build anything ur tax will go way higher. I'd stick with the class a for home base and look into pole building as the county just south of me they say it isn't considered "permanent structure" or something like that something about being without footings or foundations so assessor ignors such buildings. Basically good if u wanna park ur class a in something little more secure when out of town, tools, etc...
