Farmer's Market (Deep Ellum) is my neighborhood and it is stellar. It is right at 30, 35, 45, and 75 so getting anywhere in the city is convenient. Plus, there's such a great mix of people here - very friendly. Our neighborhood is very close-knit and feels cozy. If you like good food, live music, dancing, brunch, and art within walking distance from condos, townhomes, and apartments, take a serious look at Farmer's Market.
