Howdy. I've been in Europe but plan on relocating back to the US (Houston) in Q1 2025. I'm only interested in high-rise and a budget between $1,250 and $3,000. I want the best amenities. A studio would be accepted. A 1 bed is the expectation. A 2 bed would be great. What are your thoughts on that range?

Pricing fluctuates especially if they are running any deals. Just checked with the front desk and right now starting for a studio is $1,700
