Edmonton and Calgary are actually getting really close in size! As of 2021: Calgary is 1,543,283, Edmonton is 1,468,926. Only about 75k difference now.

Thank you for this video. I'm surprised you haven't mentioned Edmonton mall, the University of Alberta and virtually little or no land transfer tax. I discovered this when looking at moving to Edmonton. Which upscale areas with very good/new schools would you suggest in the 550 to 650k range close to amenities?

Hi Randa, hmm I thought I mentioned West edmonton mall...I grew up here and sometimes forget that feature lol I’d say Windermere Area or west edmonton would be good areas. If you want to talk more I’d be happy to chat to see what makes most sense for you and your family! You can reach me at (587) 805-2316 or melody@relife.ca

There is an African community in Edmonton with some shopping and restaurants. To look at specific job information alis.gov.ab.ca is a great website to check out. For more information about child benefits and things of that sort, you can check out the government of canada website! Edmonton is a great city for families, and is comfortable and economic!

Hello! You can definitely email me at melody@relife.ca however we don't have a centralized rental solution in Edmonton and Realtors only help with buying and selling.

Thank you for all this content, your videos are very educational. I would like to learn about the public transportation in Edmonton what it is like to live there without a car. Thank you again.

What are some good websites to look for apartments? to buy and or rent
@liveinedmonton3 жыл бұрын
Kijiji, and rentfaster.ca are good places to start for renting. If you're interested in purchasing, we would love to help. In Canada realtor.ca is where houses are listed for sale.
