It’s quiet, peaceful, has a lot of young families, very safe. Surrounded by the beautiful patapsco river. Fort McHenry is accessible to the public and I usually run there. Latrobe park has tennis courts which I love. The biggest pro is that my commute time to JHH is short given that locust point is in Baltimore. There are train horns, but honestly they are few and far in between. Great job Adam.

I was born in Locust Point in 1970. Silo Point is were my father worked when it was the Grain Elevator. Loved that neighborhood 😄

why are the property taxes for some of these homes/condos in Baltimore so high? like 10K.
