Hey friend! Thanks for watching. I hope this info was helpful. If we can help you with your real estate needs simply reach out to me.
About me:
Real Estate Professional (16 years experience)
Derek comes from humble beginnings. Raised in the Temecula area until the 8th grade when he lost his father. After the loss of his father, his family lost their home, cars, their small family business failed, and they were left with nothing and homeless. Derek's mother moved them to the High Desert to live with her family. Derek's mom then worked 40 hours a week at a laundromat and 40 hours a week at a local video store as she went on to work 80 hours a week for years to come.
Derek was the new kid in High School, just lost his father, dirt poor and felt helpless watching his mother struggle to pay the bills. Derek started working multiple jobs right away and has never stopped.
Out of these struggles, Derek's mental toughness was developed. Combined with a burning desire to help people and be the best he can be, Derek quickly became #1 in his office, #1 in the High Desert, #1 in Southernmost California and then #21 in the Nation for Century 21! Derek personally sold 138 properties in 2018 and 1,000+ in the last 14 years! Derek is currently the Team Lead for the #1 Team in the High Desert "De Ville Core Agents Team" at Realty ONE Group Empire.
Derek has revolutionized the real estate industry with powerful systems and people that provide clients with an experience that has proven to be out of this world. Despite Derek achieving financial success, he is most proud of helping people. This includes his clients and the other great real estate professionals that he works with. Derek loves to hike, fish with his young son, be silly with his daughter and continues to "date" his wife.
Now, as a successful businessman and industry leader Derek has stayed true to his CORE values. Derek is first and foremost a family man, community contributor and a man that loves to serve people.

Hello, I am in the middle of buying a home in Victorville, I’ve watched previous videos about areas being ghetto and crime, I would assume in some areas of course like every where else. Is that true about crime and many ghetto areas ? Thx

Just moved from Long Beach to Victorville and I love it so far. I was coming back and forth since May of this year and glad I made the move. Not having neighbors close enough to hear them is a major plus for me. Plus I have parking... try finding parking in Long Beach or LA.... Thanks to my realtor Angelica Bonilla and Lender Julie Bulger for making it happen and Derek for all the videos that you post as well.

I guess if you're only looking for things to complain about, you're going to find it. The desert gives us some beautiful sunsets, and I like the literal zero chance of wildfires burning my house down. Crime is everywhere, but I've experienced less her than when I lived in Redlands down the hill. As for trash... you still living here? :D Sure, people like to dump in the desert. We'll get a handle on it eventually.

Hello. I'm so sorry to hear about your current condition...I've been there in my life. I don't handle any rentals and I know that market is extremely hard. Your best bet is to have an application in with the major rentals companies like VIP and to call them daily to see what new inventory they have. Stay positive and work diligently and this will pass. Sending you the best.
