Those velcro straps may be for the handles, since its 2 of them. Great Purchase. Yes it is a game changer for home use. They should have a illustration page that points out every item on charger❤❤

Please check with ecoflow before you hook a heater into I don't think you suppose to. You can destroy your unit. Get a mini wood heater

Nice system! Re those other ports. I think those are for the extra battery connectors/adapters. Cannot remember proper name. I have a different brand solar power station so set up a bit different. I may have to consider EcoFlow as well. I don't live off-grid. I just live in a place that has had numerous power failures. 🙃

I have heard them mention the Eco but also the Jackery do you feel the Eco is better?
