Great tips. My 17 year old son was accepted into FSU but he still considering going in Jan. He is freaking out thinking about housing and having to share a room with a stranger. I think is probably harder on boys than girls. This is a kid that loves his comfy room and mommy’s home cook meals. I’m pushing him to go but he will rather go to the local FIU instead. Any advice?

How much do you pay and where is it located? Is it convenient travel wise? What utilities are included with the rent?

Jayy Patrice what year are you? And how is tcc?
@jayypatrice41956 жыл бұрын
rub bea I’m a freshman & personally I like TCC, it’s one of the better community colleges in my opinion. This is my second cc and it’s better than the other one I went to.

Jayy Patrice what is there to do around campus? I’m asking all this because I’m actually attending tcc in the fall and I’m tryna get all the scoop.. is there anything fun to do there or do people just hang around the bigger schools?
@jayypatrice41956 жыл бұрын
rub bea I mean for the most part , the main events and fun things to do are at the bigger schools . FSU & Famu always have like events, concerts, and things like that.

great video! but my question was more like, so I applied through CARE and I am really nervous being that we find out in 4 days!!!! But that’s besides the point I know CARE pays for that summer term so do you get to live anywhere and pick your roommate or is it random?

Can you mention one of the places you lived that was good. Not where you are living now. I am an incoming freshman

Is Tallahassee a safe place.
@Legallyhaitian6 жыл бұрын
Jewell Smith yes it is for the most part. Just surround yourself with positive people and pay attention to your surroundings at all times and you should be fine.

Anne Charles Thanks honey I was asking for my only child. She's a junior in high school. I am just nervous and don't want to have to move to Tallahassee Lol! She would hate that.

someone was shot, 10 bullets fired, 15 feet away from me at a apartment complex near fsu (closer to TCC actually) Just make sure it’s a apartment complex that isnt in a bad neighborhood. If u live on campus you’ll be fine
