So if he gets to 100K a year, she will be a stay at home mom? ...this is what happens when people who don't make a lot of money think that 100k yearly is an infinite amount of money, you have TWO kids, $1100 monthly in day care and pricey medical expenses for one of your kids, if you make 100k a year and she decides not to work, you WILL be living paycheck to paycheck like you are now

maybe the mom should open a daycare in their home. they would save on childcare and still earn an income.

Yeah no, probably an extensively bad idea to spend the ridiculous amount of money and time it usually takes to meet the requirements to be put in charge of children when she's disabled. Not hard to break a bone when you're in charge of someone's demon child.

I know people who make considerably more than this couple and they are completely miserable. This family seems to be quite happy and content. Plus, they have a lot going on for them at such a young age. Being happy in life and looking forward to the future.....what more can you ask for? The only thing I'm lost with is why Norberto is pursuing a Masters in Chemistry in chemistry if his goal is to be an executive at a nonprofit. Also, it would be nice to see Ehlana finish her college degree which will open up her employment opportunities; some jobs will help finance education part time. Anyway, I wish them the best.

What are my chances? I retire and the stock market crashes. All my plans are upside down.’ I want to draw on my 401(k) to renovate my new home. What options do I have?
@cristinabaker52922 жыл бұрын
I have been in the same situation , having retired in 2008 during the start of the Great Recession. My retirement savings and the value of my real estate holdings were cut in half. I have since not only survived but prospered. Here's what you need to do: 1) Don't panic sell any of your stock investments 2) Don't spend any money on your renovations. Keep any cash at hand close to your vest 3) If you are happy with your new location, sell your old place and invest half of this money back in the stock market ( keep the other half as savings). This is a great time to buy stocks cheap and this will really pay off for you in the future 4) When the markets recovery is well underway (as it inevitably will) then spend some money on your renovations. By that time construction costs might be down, especially if we go through a recession due to the Fed's raising of interest rates. Hold steady and don't panic. Cheers, and good luck!

Sell the apartment before housing prices crash. The Fed is about to reverse QE and start reducing their balance sheet. Which is another reason not to buy a high end home right now, besides the taxes and insurance and upkeep and furnishing costs.

@@cristinabaker5292 I’m 60 years old looking to diversify part of my savings say $250k into real estate but I hear it is not a good time to invest in Real estate. Can i get any idea on other options?

@@alinaally6048 I have my funds well diversified by using trade signals from my investment advisor Jennifer Elizabeth Boland a US registered CFA who you might have heard about or seen in the CNBC news and tbh it's been a huge relief. Highly diversified portfolio, mind blowing earnings and little to no engagement at all on my part.

@@cristinabaker5292 Interesting.. I'd love to start moderate and maybe advance to aggressive. Do you just give her your money or copy manually? I have a full time job. And what does Jennifer Elizabeth Boland charge for her services?

I liked this video but I have a hard time understanding why the mom would have kids knowing that disease is genetic. Why would you want your kids to suffer and place the burden on other people who have to pay for the healthcare.
