Some people think "it's a rental, why bother" but I feel no matter where you live, you want it to look nice and you have done a beautiful job. Love it. Really like your curtains. Can't wait to see other rooms you get done and I thought it was so cute, your little doggie just sitting watching you.

Yes! It matters! It’s good for you and for the landlord. Maybe she’ll get some perks from him. That’s a lot of work!!! I thought the white looked great! To get rid of that brown color on the floor. But then the color change. It’s hard to find a good color for flooring, so you did great! This is my first time seeing her channel, so I imagine you matched the color to other areas of the house. White IS tough to keep from looking dirty all the time.

Many years ago I was in a rental and I've always loved yo plant flowers and other plants in front of Mt home one day a cuz of mine, his wife asked why was I spending $ if it was not my house, I explained j pay rent ,it's my home for now that shut her up

I have painted, stenciled and sealed all the floors in our mobile home. Old linoleum, tile and laminate over a year ago. Even the truly high traffic area still looks new! And the majority of the floor is pure white. Your place is going to look so good. Great video

Wow, the difference is like night and day! My husband and I rent our our first home. It's a small 1930s home. I can't imagine renting it out in the condition that yours was in, or even letting it get in that condition. I hope your landlord really appreciates you. Seriously, any landlord would be blessed to have a tenant like you!

I LOVE YOUR OUTLOOK🥰‼️‼️. I would be doing something like this too!! Years ago we bought our land first. We built a temporary building on pier blocks. It was scrounged from buildings being demolished or people remodeling, garage sales, building suppliers getting rid off stock etc. The bldg was 800 sq ft and we had an outhouse and a hose hooked up to the well for water. I’m so excited to see this!! I think you are awesome

The "BLESSED" sign made me tear up which I would have never expected from "just" ordinary wall art, but I think it is because you are blessing so many people! You are blessing your own family, the landlord, future tenants of the trailer, and we viewers, and it can spread from there. This reminds me so much of growing up poor in Mississippi. So many dumpy trailers we moved into and had to make a beautiful home. You remind me so much of my mama, making the best of things. No matter what we went through, I had an amazing childhood all due to her. You are very talented at what you're doing. New sub! :)

My mom used always paint our floors at home when I was a kid. She would use a piece of sea sponge and dab another lighter colour over top. She said the randomness hid the dirt.

I am so glad to have found your channel. My 1988 MH is the close to the same. I have had tenants in there for years. I am getting it back and I needed inspiration to grt ready to renovate on a budget. I wish I had you here. You remind me of myself 25 years ago. Be kind to yourself. I had to stop the video :42 seconds. I grew up in the mountains of Virginia! In the Roanoke (Cave Spring) area to be exact. What great memories!

We are in the process of painting single wide trailer from the '90s also. Did some research on how to go about doing this we washed everything down with the tsp trisodium phosphate. We have to do three coats of stained blocker primer. There were flowers and green leaves everywhere on the walls. It was a challenge to try to cover that up so it doesn't bleed through the paint. My husband is amazing. I'm very blessed to have him in my life. I just found your channel I can't wait to see what else you do next. Be safe God bless.
