Hi Laken! When I was growing up my family and I lived in Ohio. My grandpa grew a large garden. Brings back happy memories for me. In the summer my grandpa would come and pick up my Mom ,my 2 sisters Marianne and Jenni and I and we would help Grandpa with his garden. I miss the fresh vegetables we had in the summer. And then my grandpa and grandma canned vegetables from his garden too. That was for the winter. We ate so much healthier from the fresh vegetables from my Grandpa's garden. I miss eating Ohio tomatoes. The tomatoes are not as good here in Central Florida. Anyways I love this video of yours so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you for sharing Laken. Made my Monday happier.💜I loved the Bible verse and the prayer also Laken! 💜 God bless you and your family💜

@@ThePendryHome I am excited for you. Those canned tomatoes sure are good in recipes for the Fall and winter. Looking forward to your next video Laken. I went to my Dollar Tree today just to look around. They are starting to put out Fall and Halloween decor.🎃🍁🍁🎃 I went next door to my Aldi and got a 2 lb bag of Georgia peaches for 2.99. I went down to my Publix and got 3 lb package of hamburger for 9.99. it was on sale. Have a Happy Friday! Oh for a special treat after I came back from shopping I had a Reese cup filled with a layer of caramel on the bottom half of it. My favorite Reese cup right now Got that on sale too.🧡

Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s funny how you never know what season you will be in but the Lord always has a plan, we only have to trust in Him! My parents are so excited about the time that we will spend here! And the food was top tier the best!! ❤️

Loved this video! So calming, and I'm grateful for the prayer too. I'm going to write it down so i can say it daily, especially when I'm feeling overwhelmed. The garden looks beautiful and prolific! If your ma has any advice on how to keep fire ants from eating the okra, please share because ours always get eaten up by them 😞

Thanks for watching! ❤️ The prayer is a great reminder! I will ask her and see what she says… we’ve never had that issue before but I do know that we put down a lot of coffee grounds around the garden which helps to keep a lot of pest out and also deer!
