Living Together in a Lodge Full of Wild Birds - Off Grid living

Hello everyone, after my time feeding the wild birds, I stayed away from my birds for 6 days, watched them from afar through the camera in my lodge, and looked forward to seeing them again when I returned. I took my dogs and returned to my house in the forest and made a terrace for myself in a cool environment under an old tree. This was the only way I could get rid of this heat. I am with my birds and from now on I will be away from them for a little longer.

I had a black redstart in my UK garden last winter.. not mega rare but uncommon here. Saw him/her sat out in the pouring rain each day so went to the pet shop to get some mealworms. A week later there were three. A nice reward for a small effort until they left one by one in April plump and ready to make some babies in mainland Europe. Maybe they will return? A nice thought. Loved your story. So uplifting.

I raised a pigeon this summer, he was just a sqwab when I found him 2,5 months ago, freezing, hungry and exhausted so much, that he was refusing to eat. He took 3 weeks to recover and now gained weight to double it. So now we are the best of friends. Comme c’est chouette cette terrasse suspendue, les huppes fasciées sont grandes maintenant mais toujours attachées à toi comme tes loups doux comme des agneaux (j’avoue que j’avais pas trop aimé lorsque tu avais mangé une tête d’agneau) et le gentil hamster il est toujours dans son aquarium douillet ? J’ai bien aimé aussi la short vidéo sur les bons petits plats qui m’ont mis l’eau à la bouche 😊 bon appétit à toute la famille ❤
