You can make jam from those very ripe guavas, with a little help from lemons. Very simple process and they will last long. I am from rural india and till recently we followed a lifestyle almost fulfilled by local items.

I raised dairy goats for many years while raising my children and it was the most awesome lifestyle. I don't know that I looked as beautiful as you girls, but I did dance and skip along with the goats and take them on walks to forage. I smile seeing those interactions as it brings back memories for me. Now I work restoring native habitat for koalas and I should dance and skip more even at nearly 60 💖💖🐨🐨🤗🤗

It's so funny that here in the States, we always picture Australia as the outback. We know there are huge farms and people drive on the wrong side of the road😁. And we know your big cities of Perth and Sidney.....but most of us never thought of a tropical side of your country. Up is down. Your south is our north. Now, I'm starting to laugh....at myself! Beautiful video and Beautiful narration! The water in those streams and pools was SO mesmerizing. The blue-gray tint in the water was haunting. I am not a cold 🥶water swimmer and I don’t like the short winter days, enough complaining. Spring or Autumn in the sub tropics is really the best time of year, you are In a magical part of the country, I love the Northern Rivers area.
