That you complain about the amount of buttons is insane to me. Buttons are so much better than a display. They just should get rid of that massive shift knob. I haven't met a single person who wants to turn down the volume or control the fans in a digital interface. Nice to have to change some options that are deeper down in the system, but everything that you need while driving should be accessible by the touch of a button. Also buttons look much more luxurious than one big fat display. It's not a Tesla.

Re: the phone signal problem at 9:50 - that's likely caused by the laminated windows and all of the sound deadening. It's an issue in cars with a lot of sound insulation. The Rolls Royce Spectre and Porsche Taycan have the same issue. Rolls Royce offers snap-in adapters to boost reception. I'd imagine Bentley would also have those if you asked about it.

I am so surprised about the lack of connectivity as I have a 2022 Audi SQ7 which has pretty much the same drivetrain and has a significantly more up-to-date infotainment setup. They are both owned by VAG so have access to the same tech which makes this even more strange.

Bentley is supposed to be the sporty alternative to a Rolls Royce. So I don't think the engine sound is out of place (although piping it in isn't my cup of tea). If total serenity is your thing, then get a RR Spectre.
