Bones are important, and monitoring for bone density is necessary, especially with the elderly and vulnerable. ❄️

I agree with all this. I have major anxiety about getting sick when I’m out. I also use compression socks and gloves (which are also fingerless so I can type) because I have dysautonomia. If I’m having a good day and running errands, I try to check with my Spoonie friends who live near me to see if they need something. Our good days don’t usually align! Take care, Emily. I hope you have a great holiday season with low symptoms. ❤ ❄️

Change in routine and sensory overload are a big thing for us. This can be a season of high emotions. My son is hyperaware of other's emotions and he can take that stress on. Someone told me, manage the body first then the mind. I try to keep this in mind during more stressful times. Thank you for this video! ❤❤❤

Hi Emily, such a good video. As a fellow spoonie myself I totally agree with your advice. I struggle with the cold so feeling miserable today but glad I have a warm house and can manage the pain. ❤️❤️❤️ I have been knocked over and barged into so many times in shops. It’s shocking how many people are so unaware of vulnerability!

I understand completely about the panic in shops, I've a wound (from an operation) in a vulnerable place and we went to our local Tesco and i was terrified, people charging with trollies from all directions. Also good advice about talking to the cared for not the carer, i have a friend in a wheelchair and often people talk across her to me. Great video Emily ❤🎅

❄️❄️❄️ Great video. I also feel claustrophobic wearing a scarf! Thought that was only me😊 I have fingerless gloves for in-house as my wrists get very cold, and my arthritis gets really bad.
