Thank you for posting this. In America, organisations rehabilitate fighting dogs... the dogs are not the problem, its us humans

I know of a story like this too, they are trainable. Ask any sab, the hounds just want to be fussed, it's the evil training they've had, starving them before a hunt etc that makes them kill. Whilst you would always have to be cautious, as this lady has found, a life of kindness & training soon returns a hunting hound to mans best friend.

It just proves the hunts lies about hounds not being suitable for rehoming

Here in Canada, we get similar B.S. spewed by the sledding industry.

Just makes the perfect point that once again huntsman use and abuse these hounds the way they see fit for their use. Which is so wrong on so many levels. No animal or living being should be in a position where they have to do something such as hunt another animal and when they dont do what they are “supposed” to they just dump them or starve them or kill them. SICK! They just want love like all of us. I really hope this hunting crap stops it makes me so sick to my stomach. Ever since seeing animal abuse and animals being slaughtered I have switched to a plant based diet to protect them all! It’s absolutely so horrific what humans do to animals and it is not ok! So happy there are people like this woman who take them in and give them the life they deserve! Thank you for making me and anyone else who doesn’t know what goes on in this world aware! Awareness is everything 🎉❤

Maggie is not tho. And the lady had gotten the other dog when he was four. They adapted quite well to home life. Just like in America where greyhounds and bullies used for fighting are rescued, trained and adopted out. Don't believe what the animal abusers say.

@@GDeNofaI’m anti fox hunt as much as the next person, don’t spin this as me defending the them. Dogs have been bred for thousands of years to fulfill tasks, specific breeds though a relatively new concept are an important factor when choosing a dog. This video portrays fox hounds as loveable lazy house dogs perfect for the suburban lifestyle when that is a horrific lie. One individual dog does not prove what the breed is like the vast majority of sent hounds are stubborn, impulsive and prey driven.

Doesn’t matter if you do not like what they where bred for dogs have lots of fighting dogs want to kill other dogs, and no it’s not just how they are raised in true American pitbull terriers dog aggression is a normal trait. doesn’t make fighting dogs ok it means not all dogs are little fur babies that are just misunderstood.

@@Gundogges I never said you were. I know not all dogs are homeable. I volunteered at a shelter for years. But every dog deserves the opportunity to be house dogs. Just as my late pittie did who was covered in battle scars. Cheers.

@@GDeNofa Hounds are trainable, this isn't an isolated story despite what others would have us believe.
