I am planning to buy a used 899 .I am quite pressed with the bike as I Already have a Benelli 300.i have few queries for 899 which I hope you might be able to help me out. 1. How is the bike stability in wet and damp conditions 2. It dies not have ABS.does it really feel as if it requires ABS or if there is a wheel slip or skid on sudden hard braking. 3. How is the road traction given it doess not have any electronic to tame it in any given conditions. Please do reply

Indian Motorrad All your issues seem traction related. The bike has excellent mechanical grip and the weight makes it very stable despite being nimble. Braking is no issues all thanks to brembo braking system.

Hey, I am doing great, hope everything is fine with you as well. 1. Its stable at high speeds, cant comment on the damp conditions as I didn't have the opportunity to test it out in the wet. 2. YES the brakes will lock on sudden breaking. 3. Depends on a couple of factors - your riding experience, riding style, throttle modulation, tire set up etc. But if you ride it correctly its relatively easy to put down the power. Hope this helps you all the best 👍

There is a little bit of vibration, then again it could pass as a part of the riding experience , the 600 is an inline 4 this is an inline 3 .. the fours are always more smoother
