But, IMO, the plaintiff has mental health issues, more so than being ungrateful. I am empathic with my clients (mental health & substance abuse), but I would not do so in my home because that represents my peace.

@sereneamani1713 I understand your point, and I don't disagree . My point is, as empaths, we usually want to help everyone, mental health or not. Sometimes, we must think from a logical rather than emotional stance.

@sparkle.a2665 I totally understand!! It's a beautiful gift but we must use it accordingly. Sadly, we are rare. Most people are takers, and we are the complete opposite. The funny thing is , we are always blessed because of our hearts and the takers stay down on their face...Hence the reason they have to always come to us. Don't change your heart... just discern who you give it to ❤️

No you can, homelessness is a lifestyle. That shows you are ignorant to the subject of homelessness. Try volunteering for an organization, and catch up. Casino’s are free and who is to say she was not invited by a friend? Showing up put together just shows the respect she has for herself. A colleague of mine’s testimony was she lived in her car for a couple of years. She became a successful. People don’t always look like what they are going through.

A little biased here, because I saw her as the grieving mother in a horrific accident and case. Really wish Judge Mathis offered her grief counseling.

I remember seeing the plaintiff’s case from Judge Judy! It was sad she was being sued and I’m glad JJ ruled in her (the plaintiff’s) favor.

@@ChoosenGemini Yes, she was sued on Judge Judy because her teen daughter wrecked a lady’s car (and died in the crash)! That was back in the mid/late 2000s.

What did we miss? A hundred dollars for a spanx. What was the proof? Something about the defendant set it out? I dunno, that sounds bogus!
