Living With Someone Who Has Endometriosis | How To Cope

Hello lovely human,
For Endometriosis Awareness Month I am sharing a video every Monday on living with Endo. Today's is all about being in a relationship with someone who has the condition and how you can help! This isn't just for girlfriends/boyfriends - it applies to sisters/mums/best friends/colleagues - you could use this advice for any kind of relationship! We've gone through all the experiences we've had as a couple so far, and come up with some key tips and tricks!
We've also included a list of little present ideas that you could give to someone who has endo, if you want to get them a treat. Plus advice on dealing with fatigue, chronic pain and intimacy within a relationship.

Any people watching this that suffer with endo like symptoms or just period type cramps. Get your self a wheat sack. I have a nice long one that I can wrap around my belly and back they get the spot better than hot water bottles as they are more flexible ❤️

I was in a relationship where I was told to just remove my uterus bc he couldn’t understand how a baby was more important than us… I’m now dating someone new (early stages) but I feel like sabotaging it not bc I don’t think I deserve it but bc I don’t think he knows (wants) what he is signing up for)💔
