This is the most powerful and motivating discourse on worthiness that I've ever heard. I remember listening to it live, and I've reviewed it several times in my life. There is always something to take from it. I've referred several young men to these words. It is absolutely true. This is how to find happiness in your life and marriage.

I personally dont think that is what the Chruch teaches. I think you should talk to a bishop or elder quorum president about this topic. You are worthy and if you have been baptized in the true church of God you have been washes of your iniquities. Stay away from these things and push forward! This is coming from a ex drug addict himself

brother thats what so great about Christ. he died for our sins. thru his Atonement we can all repent and be forgiven for our sins and still recieve the blessings the Lord has promised us. but only if we do the Lords will. we have to work for our blessings if that makes sense. it will be hard but it will be worth it. so worth it.

@smohian He also references a chapter of the book of Jacob, in the Book of Mormon. But to answer simply her question, we believe in the Book of Mormon as scripture, as well as the Holy Bible, that's why we reference It also 🙂
