Hi Bryce & Rasa. I've been watching you guys pretty much from day dot. Not every episode, but enough to love the channel. My partner and I built a tiny home out of a 6 tonne pantech truck. Just out of curiosity, my only gripe and it's not even really a gripe. But.... is there anyway you guys could feature more of the Tech (battery chemistry and capacity, solar panel array total watts, etc.) I'm not suggesting it to necessarily be in the video itself. But rather if the owners were happy to share the info, maybe in the video description. We've lived completely off grid in the Queensland bush of Australia for 6 months and I think as much as the aesthetics of everyone's tiny home is awesome. The technical side is equally if not more so (for full time occupation). I think those interested in the movement, might enjoy that extra piece of the puzzle. Other than that, love the channel. Many thanks.

Technically subtropical. Although this month it pretty much is tropical. 30Celsius+, loud Cicadas etc. Can be unpleasantly humid or dangerously dry also sometimes. 6 Helis with monsoon buckets to put last Bush fire out near me. In drought right now. Re 'tropicality' it is true that with global warming, bananas are now frequently grown in parts of the upper North Island. NZ grown are probably by far the best tasting of all bananas in my opinion. Compact but tasty. Foraging for wild berries good right now. The Aussie Rosellas seem to leave blackberries alone at least. As do possums mostly. Large wasp nests and mozzies a prob. As is the very thick imported Kenyan kikuyu grass that needs constant weedwhacking or mowing. Controlling that is a constant pain. Viciously flesh cutting, very flammable Pampas grass takes over too.

Countertop height was standardized many years ago when people on average were much shorter. It would make sense to raise the standard a couple inches. My countertops tops are 38" high (2"above standard. I wish I'd been braver when I designed them. 40" or more would have been even better. . . . and that guy's voice.
