Glad to see a new video. I've missed them. I would hate to see you go but I would understand. I've learned a lot from you by watching your videos. I didn't even know what an Owl Card was. Every town has a shop where one guy has been there forever and they think they make the rules. You did the right thing, they don't deserve your money or patronage. If that guy watched any of your videos at all I'm sure you promoted his business and drive customers to that store. He should be thanking you. I appreciate all the knowledge you have bestowed upon me. Thanks for turning me on to Horror books. Also I love the videos you do about movies and the horror genre. I'll keep watching if you keep making them.

Hey, Dan! You had people worried about you. Really missed the videos. I looked forward to them every week, and of course the rants which I almost always agreed with. A friend of mine who I turned him onto your channel asked me if I could contact you. He was worried about you too. Hopefully you will find motivation to continue. I understand it’s not the same hobby we grew up with. I’m 68. But I still buy although I continue to cut back on new titles. My goal is to primarily buy Bronze and Silver with just a choice few Modern. Take care my friend...👍 3:42

You know.... Customer service is so imporant in bick and morter establishments. New comics cost $4 and higher. Bunisess cannot act like the comic book guy from the Simposons and expect customers to return. Good to see you back Dan. Glad you’re back-we’re about the same age and I relate to your content a lot -I agree that the hobby has come back to reality and prices dictate that-for the people that bought during the peak and paid those inflated prices they’re now getting hit hard by the fact that all investments have inherent risks -they can go up but also can drop-gotta control the emotions when investing

I'm so glad to see you back. I've had to refocus myself. I'm only buying a few independent comics. Marvel and DC have lost me. Now, I'm trying to complete my silver and bronze age runs of comics that I have started. I also have a lcs where the owner has an attitude and it's hard to buy from him. Luckily, I have found another shop with great employees and a great selection of new and back issues. The only bad thing is they are an hour away. Which is not too bad. I have learned a lot from your channel and always look forward to watching it. Thanks for all you do. You are the best I have found on KZbin.

The nerve of that guy, Thinking he's "King of our money" before us customers even walk into the shop. Well, Until these LCS sign MY checks, I don't OWE THEM ANYTHING !!! I'm not their employee. And why is it any of THEIR BUSINESS what you and I do with our money and books?! Anyway those comic shops don't realize there's a real estate boom and may one day be replaced by high end condo's, baristas or Starbucks. "Worried about comic book flippers? Don't worry, Chase your customers away, Your shop will close and your next job will be flippin' BURGERS" or cleaning up toilets and they BETTER BE SHINY !!! !!!! 🤣😂😆
