They mislabeled that video. I’m almost 67 and I have no friends. My last friend died of cancer a few years ago. The sad part is I don’t want any friends. I’ve learned having friends means people will be falsely accusing me of stuff behind my back, they’ll be borrowing stuff from my garage and I will have to go get my stuff eventually because they forgot to return it. Or stuff will just disappear from my garage because I had friends. Etc etc. Life is easier without friends. Humanity has changed since I was young. Morality and integrity are at a all time low. We’re in the last days before Jesus returns.

People are all subject to depression and lack of connection. My husband and I got together as truck drivers and we are best friends. Typically we just hang out together. Neither of us feel the need to just go hang out with people of our own gender. A lot of it has to do with past relationships that we weren't important to them unless they couldn't find someone else to hang out with. So many women that I know they "hobby" is shopping. That isn't me. My husband loves fishing and I have suggested he go fishing with a couple of guys from church but part of it is everyone is busy and he says no matter how much I'm not really that into fishing he would still rather go with me. I will fish some but mostly just hang out in the boat and enjoy nature.

A lot of people nowadays just don't have a spiritual set of norms and standards. Or a emotional compass. Many men are being led by their narcissistic wives add many wives also. There is about 75% of people that are narcissistic. And they don't have a supply of admiration like a friend or some kind of a long-term interest. Things are pretty mundane
@Heather-w9x16 сағат бұрын
It don't get easier the older you get. Ive had a lot of people in the past back stab me. I dont generally have a problem with making friends but now I choose wisely and keep people at arms distance. Quite frankly im afraid of people. After going to work or hanging out with someone which isn't often I got to have my alone time desperately. Plus I don't talk too much but I also have learned to let people know that they are overstepping my boundaries. Its funny how hostile people can act when you politely just say what you just said or did just overstepped my boundaries. It actually makes me laugh now. It just shows me whats really happening. Its same for women too expecally at my age.

Its a pretty big change, lol. I was thinking 2 things: 1, he wants to do bigger things and is tired of acting poor, because if he acts like he has money , it will change his off grid persona and also maybe be a target for thieves. 2: He may have others now at his place or even a woman... Let me say more, lol 3 . He has been taking a you tube class to get rich, and found this avenue might work or 4th and last, feels the need or desire to minister , but people target practice on Christians, maybe low key Christian teaching.

Hmm very interesting. The first part. I think they jump way off the deep end there but very interesting on how men don't have friends like they use to. I have a theory. I think now days so many more women love to go Hunting, fishing, target shooting, diy project and everything else so much - that couples do everything together now days. Things that it use to be more common for men to do together with friends. I'm one of those women that loves all those things too. So I'm certainly not criticizing but its just a thought.

I agree with the guy about those who talk behind your back. You can't trust anyone anymore. Because I don't drink or smoke cigarettes and I'm a Christian, they don't want me around here in my 55+ community. I find it hard even at church to make friends. It's like folks don't have time for eachother anymore. That's really sad. Oh and yes. I missed you. 😊

What are the consequences of not having friends. No friends are borrowing stuff and not returning that stuff. No friends are stealing stuff from you if you have no friends. No friends are talking behind your back and falsely accusing you of stuff you haven’t done if you have no friends. Etc etc etc. Sounds like having no friends is the best way to live.
