Lol, for a house similar to this in Chula Vista or Temecula CA the price would be 600k-800k with a more expensive HOA and a monthly melo Russ pay of $600 since it’s a new community. Higher property tax on a house 1.5 times cheaper is not crazy!

This area is growing a ton. The area has an ire rural feel but it’s actually getting quite packed with good shopping and it’s close enough to the new 249 tollway to be convenient for commuting. The area is safe and family oriented.
