I know it's been a while since I've been able to put one of these neighbourhood tours out and oh, my goodness! Relentless rain and countless technical difficulties put me weeks behind schedule and there was a feeling that I may never get this video done. It's finally here. These videos are absolute beasts to script, film, and edit and, you know, I do have to help people buy and sell homes between getting these done. So, I appreciate your patience and I'm sure the wait will be worth it. So, grab your coffee, tea, or beverage of choice, and let's jump into it.
