But spiritual awakening requires that we allow our emotions up into awareness without censorship. The Spirit will Guide us in the ways that we express our emotions, but it is imperative that we be mindful of the ways in which our ego tries to keep our emotions hidden from conscious awareness.

I’m so very grateful to hear Armelle’s words here, it helped me so much to understand, as I have had a very similar journey with my deep emotions, which most often seemed extreme both to myself and those around me. I’m learning now how useful they can be to our awakening and how they help us through the darkness of the deep unconsciousness within. It feels so deeply like she is expressing myself in so many ways. I’ve leaned to hide and push them down over the years as I was the opposite to my partner who rarely ever shows emotion because that was his role modelling growing up, so it seemed I mirrored him by hiding my own sensitive emotions and feelings. Armelle lets me know by her words that I have a lot to work on and it’s time to allow all that I have repressed to come to the light in order to be healed and released. This has been a profound video for myself. So thank you Armelle and David. I love you. ✨💛💛✨

This is so reassuring because so often I have thoughts that suggest I might not be doing enough. I'm not striving enough. Look at how much work my neighbors have been producing. So to hear that I'm doing the right thing by waiting or to be dependent to be moved by the Holy Spirit really is comforting.
