Thousand Trails Wilmington RV Campground in Ohio

Thousand Trails Wilmington RV Campground is conveniently located within 25 minutes of Kings Island Amusement Park in southwest Ohio just a few miles off Interstate 71. In this video, I provide a walking tour of Thousand Trails Wilmington RV Campground to include the pool, hot tub, mini golf, cabins, catch and release pond, and the best campsites. Be aware that many of the transient campsites are limited to 30 amp service and not all the campsites are full hookup. On the plus side, the campground has two long pull through campsites designated for overnight travelers. Verizon cellular service clocked in at 5.76 Mbps download speed and 0.30 Mbps upload speed. AT&T cellular service clocked in at 15.4 Mbps dowload speed and 4.65 Mbps upload speed. T-Mobile cellular service clocked in at 5.03 Mbps dowload speed and 0.10 Mbps upload speed.

We will be going here next month. Love that they have a hot tub. We have not had one of those in a while. The inside of the cottages were really nice. We have not stayed in a campground cottage or cabin in over four years. Watching you tour it makes me kinda want to stay in one again. Nice library space. The rustic wood interior is beautiful in the standard cabin. It looks like a very peaceful park we are looking forward to visiting there.Thank you for the sneak peak. Mary 💞 Fred

@@LivingOurDreamNow Thank you good Sir!! Ive been dialing in the WJ Gand Cherokee. Freshly rebuilt axles, with all brakes, bearings, geared 4:88 with front and rear Detroit limited slips. Knobby tires are the standard on this one! My main goal this fall honestly, with my Lady, is that site you found with your Son by the creek. Ive got a fridge and the jeep is well fitted to push through the brush!! Lets all meet up for a camping cook meet up for the weekend in the spring/fall sometime!!

Looks nice and spread out. Very nice swimming pool. So big, and I like the chairs that they have for you to sit in. And nice hot tub.(did you guys, indulge? lol) Fun looking Mini Golf, and playground for the kids. Nice fishing ponds. I like the catch and release idea too. It gives you the chance to catch, "Big Bubba" that has been in there for a long time ! lol Nice site you guys had. Looked nice and relaxing ! Many other sites looked really nice too. Cabins and cottages looked very comfortable also. I would enjoy staying at that campground. Yum, the grill that you ate at, looked like a fun stop !! Mmm, I'll have what Melody's having, looks good! Thousand Trails Wilmington is a wonderful campground. The Staff is great. However, it is a small campground with only 170 sites and 100 are Annual sites. So it can be difficult to get a reservation between Memorial Day and Labor Day unless you have an Elite Membership and can reserve 120 days in advance. Some good things that you left out are: Good free Wifi in the Lodge. Wilmington is only 10 miles away and has good stores and restaurants. Actually much better than most Thousand Trails. Walmart, Aldi, several Fast Foods, and Planet Fitness.
