Good mornin' !! Had my coffee all ready, and waited for the next installment of the overview of the best and cheap camping in Arizona! Very nice overview video!! (Im so glad you didnt hit, Mr Roadrunner either)lol I liked the Mittry Lake camp area. I loved the gravel and the boulders that divided each campsite ! It was neat and tidy looking . Loved the lake.Fishing? Road Runner was nice, little more "lonely" looking. Nice fire ring!! Nice set ups at Plomosa and Kofa sites! Milo was having a nice time, just running free off the leash ! King Road was awsome. What a windy hike you went on. Is it always that windy? Was it cold? Yes, I agree, your 5'oclock somewhere, IS whenever YOU would like it to be !! lol (and what choice of beverage were we having that evening?...looked like a Margarita, or a glass of wine.....whichever, Im sure it tasted extra special with the view you were able to enjoy while drinking it !!! Palm canyon....very cool. When you were on that hike, and showed the Palm trees up in the mountain side.....how did they get there? and why there and not down at the lower elevation? They were really neat to see ! Nice sunsets !! Twin Peaks.....VERY NICE ! Love those tall cactus!! I like the designated campsites ! very well maintained. Poor Milo, I hope his foot was ok. Maybe you could get him a pair of...doggie shoe's ? Very nice picks! I like Mittry Lake best, then I think Twin Peaks, but enjoyed seeing all of them. Wonderful video, it must have been so relaxing at them! Thank you so much for sharing them with us. Take care...... And . Happy Fathers Day to you Lou , hope you have a delicious day!!! ; ) vicky

When you were entering Twin Peaks I thought I saw a sign that said max vehicle length 22 feet. But that can't be accurate? Tell me I was confused and please clarify max length for me? We are 35' long.
@LivingOurDreamNow8 ай бұрын
The sign was not related to Twin Peaks Campground. The size restriction applies to the scenic loop drive adjacent to the campground. Lou

Thanks Lou & Melody! Of all the KZbin I watch, your videos are so informative. Nice video work. You should get yourself a drone. I'm getting on the road this January 2023. The one thing I really want to hear is the month of the year. You said at one point it was a low of 36 and high in the 60's. What time of year were you in these places? Thank you and keep the videos coming.
@LivingOurDreamNow Жыл бұрын
Hi Timothy. December through February is a good time to visit the places in this video. As for a drone, this new technology and the restrictions, rules, and regulations that go with it are challenging. I have a drone and am certified to fly it. I don't use images captured with my drone in our KZbin videos because a commercial FAA drone operator license is required. I've seen more than a few KZbinrs do some pretty dum things with their drone, like having it follow directly over ttheir vehicle on a busy highway or flying directly over large crowds of people. This tells me they don't have the required commericial FAA license. The fine for FAA drone violations can be steep. Lou

Solar installs will vary widely based upon your specific situation. If you are passing through Arizona, stop by Discount Solar for a free estimate for your situation. That's what I did and they had it installed in a single day. Lou

Thank you for this information, I was watching, another KZbinr and happen to notice a change in the BLM cite he was staying. I’m going to go back and see if he mentions the cite he was at. And I’ll let you know. I don’t think they were in Arizona.
