Free Dispersed Camping Mt Baker National Forest along NF-12

Found a free dispersed camping area within the Mt Baker National Forest along NF-12. This free dispersed campsite is big rig friendly and is the site of an old quarry. This free dispersed camping area in the Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest has a few established fire rings and a view of nearby mountains. Access via National Forest Road NF-12 was also big rig friendly. There was no cellular service at this location for Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. The grid coordinates for this free camping location are as follows: 48.669163, -121.728079

Now, thats....remote! Very awsome view's, and the pine tree's are beautiful !! Im glad there was a fire ban..Certainly do not need anymore wildfires happening! I didnt see anyone camping. Do the dispersed sites ever get crowded? Very nice video Lou!! vicky

Glad you enjoyed it. This campsite was a new find and not on major online camping resources, so not many folks that are not local know about it -- until now. A good overnight campsite for folks with a big rig for a night or two.
