We've learned SO MUCH from you guys. We built the hoop trellis and grew gourds and pumpkins on it, we tried the woven weed fabric and will NEVER garden without it, and we built your hoop coop for the chickens we inherited in February. I was raised in the garden then moved to the grocery store. Times have changed and so have I. After tasting freeze dried foods compared to my canned and dehydrated foods there is no comparison. We did the same thing last year. People usually retire from the hard work that farming requires and we jumped in with both feet in our 60’s. We pray it becomes a legacy for our grandchildren.

I want to say, Kevin and Sarah, you guys have provided so much knowledge to the homesteading community! We moved to the country from the city so we could provide for our family. I have learned so much from you both! We now have 56 birds between ducks and chickens and just last week our girls started laying! It's so nice not having to go to the store to get eggs! We need to get a freeze dryer so we can freeze dry all these eggs! I am starting a savings to buy one as now we have a garden. We need a way to store all this food! We have a family of 7 so we could save so much more money! Thank you both for all you do! My birthday is September 1st. That would be a cool birthday present!
