I'm glad I found your video. I didn't know there was tool to self inject. I struggle impaling my leg even after about 12 injections. The last time I self injected I forgot to purge the air out of the syringe after changing needles. I pumped about 100 ML of air into my leg. My TRT dose is 200 ML and the air was about half as much as the TRT. I immediately messaged my doctor, her assistant messaged me back stating that as long as I remembered to draw back on the syringe to check for blood being drawn into the syringe I should be fine. There was no blood drawn into my syringe so I pushed the TRT in. Injecting all that air into my thigh had no adverse reaction, our bodies will absorb the air. Pushing that much air into a vein may not have been harmless.

The air doesn't matter if it's in your muscle. I actually add about a cc or two of air in order to push out the remaining test out of the syringe.

Dan Ball I’ve been doing insulin 1/2 inch too delta and quads for about 2 years for my trt and I’ve never had a problem I back load my insulin syringe and inject. Once in a while I don’t even feel the needle go in I inject about (half cc)100mg with each insulin syringe. Now if your going to inject 1ml cc of test (200mg) I would not recommend an insulin for that much test

I started on Depo-Testosterone injections initially for 15 years. Monthly injections. Then an inflamed gall bladder basically linked it to my monthly injections as the kind of intravenous serum contained linseed oil as a base. I had to stop the testosterone injections for about a year after the gall bladder was removed and then continued bi monthly instead of monthly. I stopped the testosterone injections entirely about ten years ago. Though it may not happen to everyone...check out if your brother is ill because of the hormonal treatment. Another thing is that those who have taken the Covid-19 vaccinations, watch out for increased inflamed venous thrombosis irritations. I only discovered the group recently...and am glad that’s more of us. Like your brother (we’re about the same age), there wasn’t much information when I was diagnosed in 1981.

I have been taking trt for going on 45 years now. And it was nice finding out that most of the time I have been injecting my thoughts in the wrong place. Thanks to your videos I have started getting them into my thigh in the right place now. A question I have is has anyone ever taking a shot and screwed up enough to get ceptis from taking the shot.the reason I am asking is because in 2013 I took a shot in my thigh and didn't put a bandage on the area.and just pulled my pants up and went on with my day.and alittle over a week later I was getting flown to the hospital because I had ceptis and my body was shutting down. Since then I always use a bandage over where I take the shot.but I'm also alot more worry about taking the shot.the other question is does anyone else get acne from taking the shots.i tryed the patches and gell. And found out that the shots are alot easier to take then having to do it every day with the gell or the patches. Thanks to your channel I have learned alot more on where on my leg to take the shots. My doctor never really showed me how or where to do it years ago. When I was younger I could get it in my butt. Hey hey! I know this was posted a while ago but, personally, I find using an alcohol swab before and after helps tremendously, just making sure that area is clean is a must have. Those small ones you would use for cuts etc are very useful, you can buy them in boxes for fairly cheap at a drug store. No matter what, clean clean clean! 😄

I haven’t had any skin issues related to TRT. I wash my face when I shower with a face wash to get rid of oil and use a face mask when I’m out. I know some parents use acne treatments but have a hard time getting their sons to use it on a regular basis.

I use allergy/insulin needles in my shoulder. Much less painful than the bruising that can happen on your butt.

You might want to look into HCG or estrogen blockers if you ever feel gyno.

I just relax my leg, Try sitting on your bed and having your feet dangle off the bed. This also helps relax your muscle. Mind over matter. The more you think about it the worse and harder it is to do your shot. Look up on google or on youtube how to find the injection location. Make sure it's your outer muscle and it's a 90-degree injection. We are not doctors, remember if you have any questions please consult with your physician.

Ryan, I have a 10 Ml bottle of Testosterone Cypionate. I take 1.5 Ml injection every two weeks so my bottle lasts 3 months. I was just informed that the vial expires 28 days after its been open and used. I your opinion do you agree with this, I have 1 vial and i cant take it back. I don't live where my dr is anymore so I always try to get the highest amount I can legally get at a time when I visit but they always give me the 1ml vials and just give me a bunch of them and its really annoying. although now I'm on testosterone enanthate instead of cypionate and those come in 5 ml vials which is less annoying. I also have an auto injector! it's made the injection process so much easier.

Not necessarily required if you inject in the correct area where your body isnt venous. However, I have had professionals online tell me that you should draw back to see if you pull blood into the syringe and if you do, it means you need to pull the needle out and pin into a new spot where there's no vein.

Twice a week will keep your testosterone levels more study you avoid the drop-off at the end of the week

Depends what ester of testosterone you're taking. Enanthate or Cypionate you can do one injection a week. Depends how sensitive you are to using steroids really, but to maintain stable blood levels twice a week or every 5 days (spilt dose for trt). If you're using Sustanon then every 3rd or 5th day due to the blend of different esters in it. Seems more guys are going down the subcutaneous injection route and injecting more frequently rather directly into the muscle for trt this creates a much more stable sawtooth effect with levels of testosterone in the body. All depends on dose and half lifes, so you could do shot of Sustanon 250 once a week and feel great, people will say that's too high for trt but you can always drop the dose down if needed; everyone is different!

Oh good grief. I don't understand why you guys do quad shots. Nearly 3 years now on TRT and no quad shots for me. Glute and delt shots only. I've seen too many horrors injecting quads. Anyone suffering from needle fright should really try using a 28-guage insulin syringe in your delts. I did that for a while exclusively with no issues. I'm actually doing my first cycle now, so I'm using my glutes (gluteus medius) currently.

Quads are bad luck for me and a few guys I know who use testosterone. Too many vessels and nerves in quads. Ouch. Once you hit one you will switch to shoulder or glute or ventro glutes or even cheat shots are safer really. I only hit nerves when I try quads.
