You remind me of a drums player for Regina Carter and I agree with what you said. A correct way of making a healing statement without doubts or excuses.

I got hooked on Ms. Wright. She does something to me that is within, and her voice reminds me of some early songs in church but with a jazz element. It's been weeks, and I have her on my channel, and it's hard to go past it because of her then because of the boats! "She is blessed!"

When I first watched this from start to finish it made me feel so right because of the environment with boating and people in the moment through beautiful sounds and lyrics within the heart of Lizz Wright. The mode has changed to shuffling now so it is good for you to join me as you are welcome to to open your eyes as you can fly and go on your own route of destination. It is fun to write while injecting parts of words from your own mind encouraged by the lyrics, perhaps not? Well, I speak for myself alone and am so glad to no be a prisoner to another's thoughts except my own memories where I learned from mistakes but not always, as I must be free and feel honest when writing online in a private way or public way. I know my identity and there is nothing to be ashamed of and while Big Daddy played by Burl Ives in 'Cat on a Hot Tin Roof' winner of awards just did this. I left there knowing that one must have a purpose for doing something that is hurting her/his health and you must address it without thinking that for all, that means spilling your guts to another human, and I liked the way Eric Clapton & not the guitar player but the man, set out his mission in a guitar festival being primarily for his desire to stop drinking and there were many things the man could do years ago while I really do not want to keep up with anothers personal and confidential matters while I do estimate only what is best for what may be possibly read in these words that could possibly make me feel the autumns in a summertime. Yes, there is gospel and spirituals in truely singing the soul with rhythmn while I want to take certain frames of film and stop them imediately and insert them right at the moment when my mind is being specific. That is right to me. So shake my hand as a promise has been made and in good time, I already known when the eagle has the right to be. So yes, be happy for those who prosper in the masses while many I have found myself, to be, in just a guess which came from worlds who consisted of perhaps 15 percent who were young at heart and opened their minds in older ages. I speak not for the past, but how could that love you gave and grows each day continue. I never would have imagined they had it in them. It hurts deeply but it's not something that can not be left behind. Her singing that everyday there is way to sing or say that love will lead the way because what would we have if we did not receive the praise when we can find freedom in many ways to determine for ourselves and deem majestic meanings in what we find ourselves when asking what is within us, a shared way. Kevin Michael Callihan Sr.

Here I am, I get lost sometimes but you know who brings me back around and that faith is not temporal, it is something that I cannot explain or attempt. It is within me and for eternity shall I hope to be within the feeling that may helpful in my way which is not selfish but a way that is never hurting someone with the intention to harm or the intention to manipulate another with a disguised form of being something that I am not. Forget those who try to use yourself again you because it is that soul you know maybe has that problem, maybe has that something about them ... It is something about us and not treasures but is treasures that we possess within us. What an excellent crowd of musicians that supports and shines in a way that you just cannot lift one up among others and compare as it just is not a feeling way to go about it. I do understand the sharing of quantitavely putting attributes of musssphian but here is a subtle hint that many know. The song of life is so very beautifully nice and without fear while the same feelings come from an instrumentalist that has that horn do as the the other musician sings and that goes across the many people who share their muisic. Actually now, feel good about yourself.

Lizz Wright music is relatively new to me and I respect her. I would put her music in this session as a form of jazz spiritual music that comforts someone who has strong feelings of faith. I do on many occasions but it is something that is kept inside many times for good reasons. I never think the way some people have tried to tell me in a round about way, what to do and think and I kindly excuse myself, permanently from their presence. It is easy to know when hypocrisy and deceit is around you. At least, for me it is. Lizz Wright knows how to sing about a spiritual leader in her life and if I did a synopsis of what the better music journalists and critics had to say, I would be surprised if she had not been a natural in church to sing and without reservation praise the creator of the universe.

It's a damn shame she moved away from singing Jazz during her last few albums. She was amazing at it. She's pulled a John Mayer: made you fall in love with her voice and her sound, then change her genre altogether.

***** Apparently YOU, since you're commenting on my opinion. You're entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine. That's how life works. I still love Lizz and absolutely love her new album where she was kind enough to include a few Jazz songs and many others with her own inimitable style, so I got my Jazz fix from Lizz after all these years and am a happy camper.

Terri Carroll Oh, I have no problem with a singer stretching out, expanding their repertoire and catalog, experimenting with different sounds and doing different kinds of music. But if you're a fan of Sade and then she switches to singing Opera and put out 3 or 4 opera albums in a row over the course of a decade or so, most people would be disappointed. You can love her voice, but not love the music she's making. Does that make sense?
