IMPORTANT NOTE: These things run HUGE. I had to size down two full sizes from my typical shoe size for these. And a full size down from my Bean Boots (with thinsulate liners)

The LL Bean Rubber Mocs have been basically all I've worn this Winter.
They've quickly become a staple in my wardrobe due to their convenience and fun look. I'm call them my dog walkers. They rule.

I've been rockin' the 8" Bean Boots since the late 1980's. Purchased a pair of rubber mocs 2 years ago fir taking the dogs out. I haven't stepped in any dog poop yet, but the mocs are great for puppy outside time. Been wearing a Barbour Beaufort since 1990. Bean & Barbour...you can't go wrong! Love your videos!

I initially came for the video, which is funny and brilliant as always, not so much for the boots. But, now I find myself checking those boots out online. Cheers!

Bought these for my dad as a Christmas present and you should have seen the look he gave me when opening the box. Never seen anybody so happy about getting the wrong size. He’ll come around.. in like 6 months when LL Bean finally re-stocks supply, lol. Also, new jacket video please. My Barbour and peacoat need a new bud :)

Haha yeah, these are something you almost have to prep for, but once you start rocking them, they are all you'll want to wear. This comment made me realize I need to note how huge these things run. And a jacket video MIGHT be the next one, I've yet to decide, but it's in the queue. One of my all-time favorites, and I'm not sure I've ever worn it in a video.

As a heads up, LL Bean just changed this model. Not sure what the changes are (hopefully revising the sizes), but the old ones are on clearance for $89, a great deal if they have your size. The new model goes for $119. The sizing is crazy large. I wear between a 13 and 14 in most shoes (usually 14, I like a slightly loose fit). Ordered the rubber mocs in 13 - swimming in them. Ordered them in 12 - still too big. Just ordered 11, we'll see how that one goes, hope I don't have to return them, they're out of 11.5 in the old discounted model.

I bought a pair based on your "ultimate dog walkers" comment and I fully agree. This are my go to shoe for dog walks! I wish their sizing made sense. Wear a 13 but 11EE in the rubber mocs.

Same! These babies run BIG. Glad you're digging them. They've been a life-saver for me, taking my dog out in the wintertime and dewy Spring mornings.

i got the rubber moc on sale in a cool green leather upper with black & red bottom outsole. It's a pretty convenient shoe for spring when things are a bit wet but not too cold & don't feel like lacing up a boot or shoe. I hope I don't have to resole the moc anytime soon as I did with my boot recently because the rare outsole they are not gonna give me the same outsole cause currently they aren't offering that which is a shame. Also size down in these mocs they pretty roomy if you go with your regualer size, as well the leather laces really don't do anything their mostly decorative.

Freaking hilarious. I'm curious to know, what is it like to drive a manual transmission in those Rubber Mocs? They might make heel-toeing a bit easier.

Thank you! That actually reminds me... As a teen, my buddies and I would occasionally run at the local dragstrip (we were usually running at non-dragstrips). I’ll never forget my buddy’s dad, wearing worn loafers with tassles, hopping in his son’s car and dusting his time. Epic dad move.
