Oh it must hurt to laugh. I’ve had 4 back surgeries. And broken everything else. Heal, but u have to move, if u don’t get up when the Dr. says to, ull pay later on. Fill better, no eating junk food u can do it!

I'm stuck in bed too from a lot of medical issues. Diamond painting and the fiber arts keep me sane.😊 I eventually want to save up to buy an E spinner. You might want to check them out too. The EEL Wheel6 is a really good sized desk or small tabletop electric spinning wheel. It's way cheaper than regular spinning wheels, much smaller, and you can use it either with a foot petal like a sewing machine or by a button on the machine. There is a speed dial too. I love drop spindling, but my back doesn't. I did hit the crafting jackpot after almost twenty years searching. My husband found a complete, useable spinning wheel for me at a thrift shop for my birthday. I'm waiting for a good day to to try to spin at it. Ok, enough about me. I hope you have a lot of good days. I'm sending strength, peace, healthy thoughts, and wishes for many hours of happy crafting. 🧶💙🧶

I am self taught for llamas and alpacas, I was for sheep, but in 2017, I learned the “proper steps” at a shearing school for sheep and man did it make it easier. 😂 yes, we are based out of SA
