@@twiglet2205 They're still family members. Spencer and Dante share the same amount of DNA as Spencer and Cameron - both share a grandparent. Plus, Spencer is really close to Dante's dad and lived with his Uncle Sonny earlier that year.

Cousins through Sonny/Courtney but also Dante was married to his Aunt Lulu which is crazy how related everyone is. It is kind of like the fact that Kristina is both Dante and Sam's sister.

@@tambamf I think about baby Lila all the way back in 2004 and how the writers must have known that Sam was going to be Alexis' daughter from the start. And with that knowledge, there's no way Lila could have been born because the family relations would have been WILD. I feel bad for Avery as it is 😂 Everyone in Port Charles has slept together and/or is related to each other is some way.
