This is probably the first scene since Tabyana’s arrival where Spencer and Trina were finally just friends again without revenge porn, or police precincts or court rooms or girlfriends or boyfriends. This is more of an old school Sprina scene when they were just there for each other in spite of it all. I too miss this Sprina.

@@TexasGal. This just goes to show how NAC and Tab have great chemistry. They didn't get the luxury of having sweet, kind, flirty moments like SM did with NAC. She came in when they had hostility, resentment, and disappointment and with all that working against them, still built and maintained that Sprina chemistry which is damn near impossible to achieve. Hats off to these 2 beautiful people.

I feel like it's been a long time since we've actually had a real, honest convo between these two. Sad that it got interrupted, even thought it was predictable that it would. Poor Spencer's really been stuck in his self-loathing lately. And Trina, as usual, is too good for this world, still managing to see the best in him despite everything that's happened.

The difference is Spencer is in love with Trina and she is his first choice Destiny was never mathews first choice and Oltl wrote her as the typical sassy black Bff and not really desirable even though She was a pretty girl GH gives Trina her owns stories outside of joss and they write Trina to be desirable to Spencer and to other guys that’s why sprina is way more popular then matt &. des ever was

His first choice was his first obsessive crush Emma Scorpio Drake, even though she was also interested in his cousin Cameron Webber! He even admitted that Emma was the first love of his life! Back in 2014! But when she was written out, GH rewrote Spencer into having Trina become the "first" love of his life instead! The ONLY reason why Sprina became so popular is because everyone completely forgot about young Spencer's childhood friendship/romance with young Emma.

Curtis' timing is bad cause I think Trina was going to let Spencer know how much she wants him to stay and that it would hurt her if he was gone. Curtis showing up also seems to have stopped Joss from telling Cam she's been cheating on him with Dex.
