Doing mine with Qliphorts, people can barely out Towers or Skybase most of the time unless they shutdown scout add if im lacking enough cards for tribute.

You can do all Evrnts with Loaner Decks nowadays. The decks have got so much better.

I’m so glad I managed to get the event out of the way early with (insanely nerfed) Rescue-Ace/Flame Swordsman. Can also confirm people are just making anything as a deck for the EX event. Immortal Phoenix Gearfried was my MVP & out to shining sarc + untargetable boss monsters. Horus & Nouvelle were the only decks that could hard counter me.

This type of videos is an excellent idea. In fact, I was going to suggest making guides for loaner decks for events. Many players, including me, build decks instead of playing loaner decks because we're either lazy to learn decks we haven't played or we just don't have the time to learn them.

Volcanics. Emperor is an annoying boss monster. It's got multiple points of interruption, built-in board wipes, searchable kaiju/monster negate, and the burn damage adds up fast. Im happy this isn't just another Eldlich/True Draco shitshow like the last Extra Zero fest.

I used a 60 card skull servant pile with an eldlich engine and zombie world support Turns out not a lot of people can deal with a 16000 atk lv1 monster

I played yubel + a good amount of back row removal turned out to be very annoying for my opponents... Bunch of guys that don't die by battle and floats into more guys when destroyed and if they make a board with big dorks you just ask why are you hitting yourself? and kill them lol...

Don't encourage people to use loaners. It's boring. Everyone is just using the Shining Sarcophagus deck. The most fun is in surprising people with your homebrews.

Most people don't have any cards that can synergse with no extra deck. Loaners will be the only thing most people can play in this. My 4 main decks are Tenpai Dragon, Snake-Eye/Fire King, Kashtira, and Ritual Beast. Two of those are entirely dependant on the extra deck (Tenpai Dragon and Ritual Beast), and the ones that aren't (Kashtira and Snake-Eye/Fire King) have literally all of their cards banned. If the event didn't ban all of those I would be playing a homebrew deck, probably Kashtira/Snake-Eye/Fire King, as they're all still good without extra deck, especially Kashtira. But literally all of those cards got banned.
