Made these for dinner tonight. Wifey loved it. Teenage boys devoured it, no questions asked. This is impossible to mess up. Even the technique for getting the raw tails out of the shell worked perfectly! I made three of these tonight and made them exactly like you said, Brioche rolls, dab of sweet pickles the whole nine yards. Take me God I’m ready, they were soooo good. This recipe is so fantastic! Better than any lobster roll I ever had in Boston! Great flavors in your dressing wake up the lobster meat. Loved the toasted brioche hot dog rolls dipped in the clarified butter. I served this lobster roll with a bowl of homemade lobster bisque. Delicious together.

I pay $8-$10 bucks at red lobster, and they are SOoooo tiny, u get between 2/3/4 bites, done finished. They taste so good. Since Covrit19, cant get them any longer, has to wait till its over with, they said. Oh well, will make it myself, I know its going to cost me a pretty penny. At least i will get more than one to eat, and my entire family can get one also.Thanks AD, these are my favorite.😁

Well done you by far have the best lobster Rolls, You are the only one that shows how to separate the lobster meat from the shell with your finger skip this step and you will loose lot's of meat. Also like cooking lobster meat in clarified butter instead of just boiling lots more flavor, and third slicing the rolls on the sides and toasting them finally adding dill brings it over the top nice work love your videos

Hey AB...great cookin' from a good man! The buns are fabulous; if Brioche rolls can't be found where you live, potato rolls are a good substitute. The only thing I would've added would have been a sprinkle of Old Bay or Tony Chacheres Cajun seasoning to the dressing for a bit of spice, other than that, a PERFECT recipe. A nice end- of-summer recipe, with some grilled corn 🌽 and a glass of wine 🍷 or fresh lemonade 🍋 You and the Fam stay safe 😉🏖️🌅

I just finished making this and it was excellent! I used hawain king hamburger buns because I already had bread, and cultured butter because ghee was 10 bucks (lol). I have never had a lobster roll, I see by the comments it can be as much as $17-25, and I am super happy that I have finally tried this and now know how to make one! I felt rich eating this! I can’t wait to try with the actual bun you recommend and even more meat! And yes- I believe the bun you recommended will be better because HKB is too soft (and too sweet); I had to eat it fast so it wouldn’t get soggy. And I enjoyed the lemon zest as well! I am definitely going to play with that ALOT as I make this in the future.

Love your recipes! I make 2 types of lobster rolls one just like yours & the second a warm one which is just the warms lobster meat on a toasted bun served with drawn butter! Both types go fast and it's a 50/50 split in the favorite one!
