We, my wife and I, did the ride around Quebec last summer. Stayed at a Hotel and had view of that rock from our room. Spectacular ride, we started out in Southern NB, spent 3 days there and back.

If you made it down to New England (Maine, New Hampshire (where I am), Vermont) in the U.S. there are thousands of miles of dirt and gravel roads around. You were a few months too early to see all the colors of the fall, but it was a pretty nice summer for your trip at least.

Forty years ago I went to Gaspe as a teenager. We went down the dock when the boats same in and got 6 pound lobsters for $20 US, took them back to our campsite and FEASTED!
