@@Intelliguy If the song in question really exists and played in June and July 2002 (I'm pretty sure I heard it in the summer as I can picture "The Week Ahead" showing 90s forecasts and I know it was before I had cable at my main house in August 2003), it might have to be, by process of elimination, "Love is You" by "Deep Shallow Band", which epzik8 has in a 90 second 4000 clip from June 2002. Maybe there's something along the lines of witchoowa at the end of the 2 minute cut of that. That song is out of print as all I get when I search for it are the pages that mention it, such as discussions and those 2 playlists, so the only way we'll ever know for sure is if somebody finds a 2 minute clip of that song. I know it's none of the other songs that played in June, July, or even August 2002, and it wasn't in 2003 before I had cable at my main house that August as it's none of the songs from the June and July 2003 playlists.

I saw 18 inches of snow from that storm. School had an early dismissal January 26th, 2011, but because of the morning snow, my parents decided the best course of action was to stay home. School was closed January 27th, 2011.
