Big tip...don't plan visit on new year holidays....lots of places are closed...for sim card the official viettiel store is closed for a few more days...so i had to go to unofficial and paid 300k for sim .also dont take metered taxi to city centre 300k 😂.....Also some atms are out of money so wandered about for 20 min to find one with money secondly yes they do charge fee but they don't tell you how much (vietnam bank) 20% surcharge on food in some places as well but that's fair enough....anyway lesson learned! Like the cool weather so far 😎 👌
