Cool! Finally, someone made a collection on local Russian TV. I live in Krasnoyarsk, by the way, and the local TV in my city is one of the most developed in the country, 10 stations broadcast here, most of which were created back in the 90s

@@InternationalEASAlarmsMapping It is a pity that this compilation does not contain footage from Afontovo and TVK, for those years they were the most developed TV stations in our city, and their design was at a high level by the standards of Russian local TV in the mid-90s and early 2000s. Prima, although it is the very first commercial TV station in the city, at that time was quite low-budget and looked outdated, they only fixed it in 2002

List of Russian Local TV (with some description) in nowadays (upd Nov 2021): OTV Ekaterinburg - the "whole-Oblast-or-Region" channel, halfly owned by goverment. Not affiliated, but serving as Sverdlovsk Region's/Oblast's "21st channel" (technically placed on channel 9) with OTR (as a regional 5-hour block). Channel 4 (not to be confused with the UK channel with the same name) - Claimed as the "non-goverment TV company", but owned by one of "Sverdlovsk"'s unitary enterprises. Not affiliated, the Ekaterinburg's "22nd channel". Aktsionernoye Televideniye (later Vostok TV) - There's small amount of information, but it's a commercial closed channel, which, before its closure, was sold to Ivan Tavrin's *Regional Mediagroup* and later to TV3. TV Gubernia - Something goverment-owned since the found, I think. The Voronezh Region's/Oblast's "21st channel" with OTR. ATN - Closed by the owner - UMMG (UGMK), nuff said. (Fun fact just in case: they was "caughted" and accused in 2000 due to one videomaterial with 5 subliminal stimulis (just the "Сиди смотри только АТН" (rom. Sidi smotri tol'ko ATN; lit. Sit and watch only ATN) text), closured for 2 months) Volga - Not affiliated, the Nizniy Novgorod Region's/Oblast's "21st channel" with OTR. Efir - Not affiliated. That's what I know. Prima-TV (later just "Prima") - Not affiliated since NY2020. Afontovo - Had 3 channels, which later the two will be abandoned. Closed in 2010, returned in 2011 on 34th channel, replacing ORTV. Not affiliated. I think this will be a Krasnoyarsk's "22nd channel" candidate. Gorodskoy Telekanal - Not affiliated, the Yaroslavl's "22nd channel". Not known by the stolen ITV News music used on their News in 2012. 1TV Crimea (de-facto Russia, de-jure Ukraine - you know, politics) - Not affiliated (no point). TV Siberia - Closed. OTV-Primor'e - Not affiliated, the Primorskiy Krai's "21st channel" with OTR. ASTV (suddenly the very regional channel - broadcasted in Asino, Tomsk Region) - No info about this channel. (Was) Affiliated with REN-TV. Yugra - Not affiliated, the KhMAO-Yugra's "21st channel" with OTR. Channel 7 Krasnoyarsk - Not affiliated, the Krasnoyarsk's "22nd channel". Takt (now Takt 24) - Not affiliated since the rename. The Kursk's "22nd channel". Arig Us - Not affilated. They finally said goodbye to TNT in analogue.

And here's a list of Local TV's affiliates: OTV Ekaterinburg - TVC (or TV Center; 1998-1999), Euronews (2002-2004), TDK (one of the cable channels; 2004), Rambler Network (yes, the Russian search engine also had TV channel, because why not?; 2004-2007) Channel 4 - REN-NVS (later REN-TV; 1997-1998), TNT (1998-2003), A-One (in the nighttimes; 2005-2008), 7TV (later Semyorka; 2010-2011), Pyatnitsa (2015-2020) Vostok TV - had two VHF's: 3rd channel - REN-TV (1997-1999), ART-Network (one of the cable channels(?); 2000-2003) 11th channel - TV-6 (1996-2002), TV-3 (2002, and again 2004-2009), TVS (2002-2003), RTR-Sport (2003-2004), DTV-Viasat (2004) ATN - STS (1998), MTV (1998-1999), the duo - Fashion TV and Daryal TV (first was a one of the cable channels and second - was not, but it's a former name of DTV; 1999-2002), 7TV (2002-2003), Muz-TV (2003-2007), RTR-Vesti (later Russia-24; 2007-2018), 360 (degrees) (2018-2019) Volga - TV-6 (1995), RBC (one of the cable channels, in the weekdays mornings; 2003-2006), A-One (in the nighttimes; 2006-2007) Efir - NBC Super Channel(!!!) (1993-1994), the "Channel 6 VHF" line - TV-6, NTV+ Sport and TVS (1995-2003), Muz-TV (in the nighttimes; 2000-2002), MTV (in the nighttimes; 2003-2005), DTV-Viasat (2003-2005), REN-TV (2005-2020) Prima - RTR/GTRK "Krasnoyarsk" (1991-1992, when Prima was broadcasted on 4th channel VHF), two local TV companies - Russkaya Studia and ASK-7 (1992-1997), AST (one of the sattelite channels; 1995-late 1997), REN-TV (early-late 1998), STS (1999-2020) Afontovo - had 1 VHF and 2 UHFs: 9th channel VHF - NVS (later REN-NVS; 1994-1998), TNT (1998-2005), TV-3 (after Afontovo's closure; 2010-2019 [until the end of analouge]) 22nd channel UHF - NTV (1995-2004 and 2004-2019 - after Afontovo-22's closure) 32nd channel UHF (2001-2002) - the "Channel 6 VHF" line - TV-6, NTV+ Sport, TVS, Russia-2 and Match! Afontovo had owned on the 34th channel UHF (after the ORTV's closure and before the analogue's cease, I think) which had only one channel - Russia-24 (2011-2014) GTK - RTR (only one day), TV-6 (1993-1996), STS (1996-2017), TNT (2017-2020) and TNT-4 (until 2020-2021?) C7K - the one REN-TV (1999-2019) Takt - same as the above Arig Us - yet again the "Channel 6 VHF" line - TV-6 and TVS (2002-2003). TNT was mentioned, ended during the Summer or Autumn/Fall.

had a lot of mindbreak to explain or not, decided to explain. look buddy, thats usual landline phone number in Russia. it's quite easy: if city is large, like Moscow, phone number consists of 7 digits like 123-45-67. if city is not so large, but still not big enough, it uses 6 digit, like in a video (Krasnoyarsk is populated city, about a million ppl) if city (or town, or smth) is small, it uses 5 digit. if you live in Krasnoyarsk, you can call inside Krasnoyarsk using just 6 digit number, but if you live in another city and want to call to Krasnoyarsk, you have to use the city code. For Krasnoyarsk krai itself its 391 and specifically for Krasnoyarsk its 3912. So, if you, young and beautiful, wanted to advertise some goods in Krasnoyarsk, but you were living, for example, in Novosibirsk, you should type 8-3912-611116. But if you are proud citizen of 10-ruble city, you just type 611-116. Pretty simple. Luckily, landline phones are nearly dead here. I dont have one since... 2012, maybe? Mobile network is pretty cool.
