Hey Everyone!
Join my cousins, Aly and Billy and I as we learn from grandma how to make makizushi!
Sushi Rice:
5 C. rice
1/3 C. Japanese vinegar
5 T. sugar
*1 1/2 t. salt
Tamagoyaki:
4 eggs
1/2 t. sugar
2 T. milk
*1/4 t. salt
Tuna:
2 T. shoyu
2 T. mirin
3 cans of tuna
These salt measurements are reduced because grandma cannot eat salty foods. You can add more salt to fit your tastes.
