Indeed that was a beautiful sunrise and those older GP 38\40 at speed make for a bit of nostalgia especially when you remember them in Main Line regular Freight Service. Also a nice catch of the one train going into the siding for the meet. One can tell the last train sat for the night and It got Frosty on the tops of many of the freight cars+

Precision Scheduled Railroading (PSR) was Dumbest Idea to Originate from “Bean Counters” at Class I Railroads. Bad for Employees/Safety but Not Wall Street.🤪

@@kens.3729 yes it’s been a dumb idea…. Everyone I talked to on the railroad hates PSR

It was a scam. Plain and simple. A way for the high ups to steal money from the industry.

Great video Now you can understand why EMD is superior to GE There rebuildable my experience is they come back stronger for the tractive effort of a 4 axle locomotive Two cycle prime mover puts out The 4 cycle prime mover your waiting for it to build up which causes the train to lose momentum in my opinion

@@ljreed8671 it’s really hard to believe how long they’ve lasted on the class one railroads. Thank you so much for watching
