5:33 I love the engines on I believe 18K? Good video. The meet is great.

@@trainsandfishingbro9622 yes that was 18K and the other train was 19K.

Awesome video. Those were too long trains

@@RICKCOPE-q9d I was out filming yesterday and caught 123 in Frankfort building onto his train and then caught him coming through Elwood later that day. He had 2 BNSF and a CSX on the head and a NS DPU on the end all worked hard.

At 10:55, it sounds like the westbound train calls out 121 as the symbol.

@@bnsf7562 great catch they actually did I was thinking it was 19K when I was first filming it.

Great videos. Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the signal indication been red over green, seeing they were coming out of the siding and back onto the main?
@thd5678Күн бұрын
No. We know we are taking the diverging route so we don't need the signal to tell us. Some areas still give a diverging signal out. Most have been changed so if we are running in and out of the siding we can get a diverging clear into the siding. When leaving a siding, it's a trailing point move, only one option. Facing point the are two options and we would need to know which way so we can slow down if needed.
